We can now put people in a group to have it so they can't send or receive PMs which is great.
However, even if this is set where Mr A has his PMs disabled, other members can still fill out a PM form and "send" Mr A a PM - well they think they have..... and the PM folder option in Mr As account still appears.
I think it would be great if, when someone has no PM permissions,
a) other people can't sent them (or think they can send them) a PM - ie. they get the message that Mr A does not accept PMs
and
b) Mr A does not have Private Messages folder or mention in his accout.
....if that makes sense.
