I was running Threads 7.1 before 7.3 and was hoping this issue was fixed, but it seems it wasn't?

The "Newest Members" island displays the newest members, but not the absolute *newest* member. At least not after clearing cache, it still doesn't show the very newest member (which you can verify, doing a descending member search)
