OK, I opened a second browser (Firefox) and the board looked fine. I cleared the cache and restarted the original browser (Safari) and all is well with the world sighhhhh.

I had just finished changing the current portal layout. Then I tried to log on as recently banned user to make sure they were banned. "Imported Ban", Yes, they were banned from the imported classic board. The board correctly told me I was not authorized. Then I made another portal layout change, proceeded to check on what it looked like and thats when my browser began incorrectly displaying the board. Some kind of log in cookie thing maybe?
I'm fine now, just a little shaken thank you. Thought this might help those more knowledgeable than me around here do their magic- thanks.
