If you do a back-up of tables with phpmyadmin, do as follow:
- Choose 'export' tab
- select 'All' (and all your tables will be marked)
- Add checkbox 'Add DROP TABLE'
- Add checkbox 'Save as file'
- hit 'go' button and select a destination to save your back-up.
To do an import(dump) of back-up with phpmyadmin, do as follow: - Choose 'SQL' tab
- Fill in 'Location of the text file:'
- hit 'go' button
If you wants to preview your back-up before dumping, mark 'Show this query here again' checkbox, and hit 'go' button
