yes, that is because it depends upon which set of graemlins is in play..
you'll note that there is a default and default_dark (at least) under your graemlins dir..
so you might be just adding to the default dir.. you'll (for now) need to manually copy from default to default_dark and *poof* it shows up..
it's been a 'feature' i've wanted changed for awhile now
ie: when you add a graemlin, it bangs it up to all sub-dirs
