Running 7.3.1.
Notification e-mails for new PMs are NOT being sent, even when the user has selected that he wishes them to be sent.
I thought there was a site setting in the control panel but I can't find one. I also remember that this feature disappeared for awhile (or was broke) and then was available again with one of the past upgrades.
Comments? Is it broke in 7.3.1 (just looked at the bug reports and don't see it). Or am I missing a setting in the control panel (and if I am please tell me what it is!).
