There is not a setting for just the control panel path but there is a file you can check at includes/config.inc.php for all path settings that you can edit with like notepad.
But before you panic what is the correct full URL to your forum.
Mine is
http://www.iaeifl.org/forums/You may just have installed a folder in the wrong location and don't need to reinstall.
