Never tried any of them, so I'm stuck also
but veal is a no-no at anytime.
Speaking of this, I wonder why Veal parmesan was discontinued at Olive Garden. Perhaps it wasn't popular enough, or because of the animal cruelty concerns with veal. Buca di Beppo still serves Veal parmesan though.
