To import from UBB 5.4x:

1) Open ubbimport.php in an editor and change $ubb5 = 0; to $ubb5 = 1;

2) Edit ubbimport.cnf.php to add membersdir, cgi path, noncgi path, and variables path

3) Run the script with ubbimport.php?ubb=members
