I have decided that I want to make some animated tutorials for using some UBB features for members.
I was looking for some free software that allows annotations and found camstudio but it really sucks as far as annotations are concerned.
Any suggestions?
I really miss the old recorder feature in windows 3.1 it was so simple it was pathetic.
I don't have funds to purchase something at this time so I was looking for freeware or cheapware.
I have to many other software upgrades to contend with this year.
