I probably need to make an official note on this somewhere so it's easier to find. Groupee provides the hosting, order processing and ticket system. Other than that, UBBCentral stands on it's own.
The only time someone using or looking for UBB ends up on a Groupee site, is doing a ticket or ordering as those are both under the Infopop domain as that's where the SSL cert is at. But anyone searching for UBB ends up here, not over there
