Well just goto the support area. It is in the top left menu here.(support options)
Enter in your license stuff.
Rick will need at the very least login info to the site as admin.
If there is a real issue to deal with he may need ftp access.

Oh just select basic support for now Rick will let you know if it need to be bumped up.
