I have two registrations at your board.
Ruben and Ruben2.
You can delete them both.
The verify email function is not working.
Here is what I would suggest.
1. Post this issue in the bugs forum as a stand alone issue.
2. Turn on MYsql logging in the control panel and check for errors when someone tries to activate their account.
3. I know at least one url setting for the homepage link is incorrect. So I would double check each setting/paths and select submit even if you don't change anything.
4. Double check all file/folder permission settings from the manual and in the control panel.
