Never said that, it is just that there are a lot of us here that have installed ubb and the only way for Rick to keep track is a support ticket.(license info)
I am sure they can track you down.
I would suggest either opening a support ticket for a lost license or send a PM to Rick for help.
Either way this post belongs in the 6.X forums. Since we are on 7.5.2 now
