Pending members who do not reply to the email verification within 24 hours ... disappear (poof).
I've tracked a number of them now.
They start the initial process, show up in registration queue.
But... if they haven't responded to the verification email within 24 hours they disappear completely.
Can't imagine how many potential members we've lost this way (we average 20-30 new members a day).
