Ian Carpal Tunnel I Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 3,839 Likes: 1 Somerset, UK	Should we be seeing '<user> is over their Private Topic limit. ' as an admin. I thought admins could always PM users irrespective of their limit on their inbox.
