What is the best way to

1. prevent users from sending PM's till they make 30 posts
2. prevent people from posting for 2 days after registration

Also. I use 7.5.3 and in previous version there was a check box to prevent a user from sending PM's
That box is gone. does that mean the people I set like that in the past can send PM's now?
