UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support Replying to "Global Messages"

Whenever I make a post and make it a "Global Announcment" Members indicate that they are not able to reply to the post. The "reply" button is visible but when they click on it they get the message "you cannot reply to global mesages.". Is there a setting in the CP to allow groups to reply to GM's?
