UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? User List Avatar Display

I have version 7.5.3. When looking at the "User List", no avatars are displayed.

A friend of mine has a forum that's version 6, I believe, and when looking at the "User List", there's a column on the far left of said list that is titled "Picture", and it displays the user's avatar next to their name.

My question is this: Is there a way to have that in version 7? And if so, how might I go about doing that?
