Do you have the Perl version or the PHP version? My understanding is that we have conversions scripts back that far (to 5.0.7), but we need to make sure it's the same language.
About the two databases to one: they won't both import to the same board, since the table schema will be parallel. You might be able to write a script to work with, but we don't have anything, to my knowledge.
