UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Users on my Forum cannot see any Avatars

This is very strange because I can see all their Avatars even when I'm logged out

And they're saying they can't see any Avatars in the Forum

They only see them when they're in PM with me

And one of them is a Moderator

And I see all their Avatars even when viewing the Forum as a Guest (not logged in)
