UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support Users on my Forum cannot see any Avatars

All the Forum Permissions are set correctly

Can upload avatars set to 1


They can only see the Avatar when they're talking to me in Private Topic (I call that PM's - Private Messages)

They cannot see their Avatar or other users Avatars in the Forum


This is weird


I have no idea what the problem could be
