I agree with the red dude with the pitchfork - PMs really should be private.
Twice I've needed to 'investigate' but would vindicate myself due to the fact that one guy was trying to get members to go to a rival site and the other was a spammer.
The first suddenly became a pre-teen
the second is banned.
