Not exactly sure what happened with the ticket since we've made the transition, but if I recall correctly, the problem was related to a php setting, not allowing that large of files.
Can't remember if you're on a hosted or a dedicated server, but your php.ini will need to be checked to make sure that memory limits and upload limits are at least as big as the largest attachments that you have on your site.
