I'd say for most forum owners, you'd want to get 3rd party sites to foot the bandwidth bill for you.
Amazon, YouTube are two good options..
Only if you are uber serious about hosting your own stuff, would i recommend what i talked about in the 1st post.. otherwise let the big guys host the stuff for you and you just do the embedding on your site

Problem is that I can't find any video embedding software that will allow you to appoint Moderators
Appointing Moderators would be a big help in moderating the video site.
I can not Moderate something like that. I would have to set it to pre-approve the video, and watch each video to approve it? I can't do that
