Rick was all over it.
I actually posted here first to see if it was an issue like Ruben stated. I know they just bought it back so I wondered if it was more a dbase issue.
Rick took care of me as soon as I could find the original information about the account. It has transfered a couple hands over the last many, many, years. Started as a w3t (from what I understand) account, and was transfered to us back in 2003 ish.
Long time coming I guess.
Just glad Rick was able to take care of this, and to know at least we were not the only ones.
