ubbthreads is a commercial forum application; it is not free, instead you must obtain a license (
through the order page).
After you've purchased a license and downloaded the script you would install it (following the instructions in the
documentation).
From there you'd probably end up importing from your phpbb forum to your newly installed ubb.
