UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support accidentally purged admin logs

I thought I was in the 'referrer log' tab, but was in the 'admin log' tab.

I check 'purge entries older than' and set the value to 1 day. I have the backup from yesterday back.

How do I export the table from my backup server (which options in phpmyadmin) and import back into my running database?
