Don't quote me. But is there not some browsers that ignore the pixel settings for browser scaling from the control panel?
I just seem to remember a similar issue with a old post.
Could be dreaming I did not search for it.
Myself I use 400 Pixels and it works fairly well.
Once you go beyond the 400 limit it does start to stretch out since everything is pretty much set to 100% in table width so it just fills in where ever it is needed.
