UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support "Ghost" registration

I went to the View/Edit Members tab, when I put in the number the response is: Member number not found.

The UBB version I have is: UBB.classic™ 6.7.3

I have a gold licence and I need to upgrade to threads but I'm working on cleaning up the board and moving to another host.
