At times I get an onslaught of users trying to register who are having a hard time.
The system will tell them their chosen User name is in use, not in the right format, no matter what they try ?
If i do it manually from my computer it works fine, no issue, but daily I get emails from people who cant register ?
Example from today:
I keep getting a message that says I do not have the correct number of characters in my users name, tried many different lengths, what do you want? Do you need caps and numbers too? It says how many for the password but I can find nothing for the user name. Would love to get started.

This happens to at least 5 a day. Is this user error or something else ?
