Using UBB 7.5.6.
Thread had about 10 posts, let's number them 01 through 10.
Post 03 was off topic, so I tried to move it to another forum and make it into a new thread.
With it came posts 01 and 02. Posts 04 through 10 stayed with the original thread (the thread had now lots its original post plus the first reply).
I tried merging the posts I moved back into the original thread, merging with post 04 (which was now the first post in the original thread). That failed. The thread with posts 04 through 10 were gone and replaced with a thread with posts 00 through 02.
It seems to me that the lost posts were either deleted or orphaned.
The participants will re-post if they want so it is not a huge issue, but I am wondering if it is possible to find all such orphans and merge them into a new thread (or add them to an existing thread)?
