UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads 7 Version 7 Support Board all of a sudden slow

1. We only have 20 forums with 100+ posts/day
2. Do not know about TOP, not a programmer.
3. We've found that in the mornings the board is extremely slow but for a while in the afternoon it picks up to almost normal.
4. Would optimizing all the tables in the CP help as a first check?
5. Might this need a ticket?
