I use their email and ip address list as well, and update my growing lists quarterly. I also have some forms on my site for a club application that get touched sometimes, when I get bogus forms come in, I go see what ip touched the script and , if they are not in the us I ban the isp's ip range in htaccess, (heck, it's a local jeep club very few people in China would be interested)If it's a us ip address, I ban that ip address, if I get more from that isp's ip range, I will send a love letter to their hosting admins and start complaining, that usually makes it stop. I have inadvertently annoyed a few people, but I also seem to have reduced the amount of spam substantially.
