I just tried to register at your site.
Using Ruben as login name and display name.

I get:

I also tried the lost password via name and also email.

I get for name:

Can't find a login name of Ruben

I get for email:

Can't find a login name of

Note the missing name.

Maybe it is time for a support ticket.
