I hope I'm posting in the correct area.
I am the global mod for the OutdoorKing forum,
www.outdoorking.com using UBB 7.5.6
I wish to post a new thread in a sub-forum called "Forum News and Announcements" which is part of the main forum topic, "News".
I am also a dedicated moderator of those topics.The sub-forum post directly to the "Portal Page".
I wish to start a new thread (to be published on the portal page) and on opening the sub-forum I see that there is no "New Topic" button on the toolbar next to "Forum Options" and "Hop To" buttons.
Can you please help? What do I need to do?
