UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing Admin Zone For no reason main forum page loads and is blank

Sorry I am a user and admin of forum, not a software programmer
what am I to do with the file in that zip file

I had a saved bookmark to admin page and that works
it says PHP version is PHP Version 5.2.17
Also all functions in admin webpage work OK

Going to CP of hostmonster I did a check of forum db and no errors shown
