Thanks to Extrm Bob and David Dreezer!
I changed all paths in main.inc.php and config.inc.php with "D:/" and "/".
I was following the definition provided in a one-page document called "What is the Difference Between Paths and URLs?" available in PDF, HTML, MS Word downloaded from
http://www.infopop.com/support/ubbthreads/install.html.
Perhaps we could include what we've learned about Windows path in this and other related documents?
Leo.
