After fixing a few small glitches with the beta 3 upgrade we've released it into the Members Area. This is strictly a bug fix release.
Again, this will require a manual upgrade. There are no database alterations so it's fairly straightforward. You'll want to upload everything, except for the following directories:
/includes
/cache_builders/custom (You do want to upload all of the .php files in the cache_builders directory, just not anything in the custom directory within)
/styles
/install
