Taking a stab at this.
Since they are hover links and take the default colors.
Only admins and moderators have a special link color setting.
For admins and moderators.
Should be:
Misc. Properties
in the style editor
There is a class for each of the defaults(admin,mods).
For a normal user:
I assume it would be:
General CSS Properties
body
Then edit special link properties.
Since it is a hover link the default color is used.
Of course there are probably other settings to address but that should give you a start
