Yet, I've had a longstanding problem when using that style...
In this forum, as I am writing this post... When I press the leftmost button immediately above the box that I am writing this BUG report in, there is only one smilie that does not show up as it should, BUT...
In another forum I find, since years back, that none of the smilies show up when I press that button. Neither do any smilies show up in any of the posts when using that Black_and_gold_(hi_res) style.
Why is that? What's necessary to have that fixed?

the thread I initiated not quite three years ago in that forum re that bug. (I don't know for sure whether that thread is open to guests, but, if it is, you'll realize the problem [being identified in that thread] by changing between the available styles at the bottom of that linked web page...
I am looking forwards to learning what the resolution to this problem is...
