So, apparently, two accounts can be made using the same IP as you stated. And, also, it must be frowned upon by the super admin (if correct term). The tech support people use Twitter names and go by @AC at the end of their names, which are not email addresses.

I know you can't mind read, but 1) I don't know why he doesn't want multiple accounts (I guess I should just ask him) and 2) if he wants something done about them, why he doesn't do it, especially since I don't know why he doesn't want them and what he wants me to do about them. I generally PM both and ask them to delete one.

If you attempt to validate legit multiple ip logins then you are doing all that can be done.

Currently ubb does not have a option to tag those accounts as acceptable or not.
