I found a database backup prior to the upgrade and reverted back to 7.5.3P. Looks like the revert worked ok.

I then upgraded again to 7.5.7. Seemed to work ok until I logged out. Then I could not log in. An "Access Denied" response appears.

I discovered that the following URL works:

however this one does not work (note the missing trailing forward slash):
http://www.paritech.com.au/forums/ubbthreads.php

When I upgraded, I fixed up my folder permissions after upgrading. Could this have been the problem? Should I try the upgrade again?

Running on Windows 2003
