Well there are a lot of css settings to change to make it all white.
Then also some of them are actually links which defaults to blue but can be changed to white.
try for one part:
Control panel>styles
Select edit for the style in question.
General CSS Properties
select
.tdheader [?]
change the line that has color to
color: #FFFFFF;
