UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Forum Categories Showing up Twice?

Just a quick (easy?) question - we just upgraded to 7.5.7, and our category/forum structure is still the same, but for some reason now whenever we look at a particular forum or topic, the breadcrumbs at the top show the structure kind of twice over. So the top of a particular post like this:

Main Category > Forums > Main Category > Forum Name > Post Name

Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it?
