You need to upgrade to 6.7.3 to get started. For a first step.
Also if you can only view v7.5.3 then you are behind the current version of 7.5.7.
Don't know why. Except for possibly your member access expired at 7.5.3.
But anyway.
Uploads are supported in the threads versions 7.x. But in your version like I stated. They will not convert or import from existing older versions.
