Well neither really if I am understanding your question. I own an Electronic Medical Record from a company. They have a UBB for its users. I have been the admin on the board for eight years. Given that, I still don't know as much as I should.
The board is hosted by the company, and the special admin likely knows if phpMyAdmin is already installed. I also do not have FTP access.
So, my question is in your opinion, do you think I have a right to ask for it. Or is it just something the host of the board should have.
I guess I am asking because I really want these things to improve the board, something the special admin could care less about. If I have a right to ask (I mean if it is something a regular board admin shouldn't have), I want to know. Because I easily can go WAY over his head to the VP of the company.
