I never added it to the wiki just for that reason.
Not very many people are pleased with how it functions.
because it can be seen as negative or positive votes by how many stars a user has.
So they turned it off.
There was talk of a thanks feature like other boards have.
Where you thank the member for a post.
So all votes are positive votes and no negative votes.
