That sounds like it is older than the fixes added.
yes you can do that.
But there were at least two bug fixes that were discussed. But unless you use beyond compare to make sure SD did not tweak a couple more. I would redo with out running upgrade..
just download the zip again
and really just ftp the files over to the server like you are doing a upgrade. But you don't need to run the upgrade script again.
just don't overwrite the files as noted for a upgrade like you did before.
