No much to go on.
Either they have put a redirect in your html includes.
A redirect in the actual file.
you may want to access your site via ftp and rename the index file ( A Backup).
Upload a new one and see if the re-direct still exists.
However when you do regain access again you do need to change all passwords and logins.
